After graduating from high school in Diamond Bar, California, Ed Mylett attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton. A student-athlete who balanced his studies in communications with playing baseball for the NCAA Division I Pacific Tigers, Ed Mylett graduated from Pacific as a three-time All-American and the NCAA leader in stolen bases. Following college, he worked as a youth counselor for underprivileged boys.

Ed joined World Financial Group (WFG) in 1992. Because of his outstanding ability to inspire leaders, Ed Mylett quickly advanced at WFG, becoming one of the company's youngest CEO Marketing Directors in only a few years. After he achieved the top level of a Senior Executive Vice Chairman and then joined the WFG leadership team as a Chairman's Council member and as the Director of Field Leadership at WFG. 

Ed has a passion for mentoring and coaching others on what it takes to become a champion in all areas of life. He has shared the stage and has very close personal relationships with other business legends such as Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Phil Knight and many others.

ATC (Argo Turboserve Corporation)

Territory sales supporting GE Turbine, Generator, Boiler and Air Quality Controls Systems (AQCS) component distribution for Industrial/Utility Customers in the Northeast (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, NY, RI, DE and PA). The Boiler and AQCS business OEM was Combustion Engineering/ABB/ALSTOM Power Inc., which was acquired by GE.  As part of ATC's Industrial Division, we provide OEM capital spare parts supply for major overhauls, warehouse replacement parts, operational spares and consumables to a global customer base of GE equipment and oOEM end users.

Regional Sales Manager

GE Power

Responsible for discovering and closing orders for maintenance and repairs, capital improvement projects, and outage sales activities for the Power Services portfolio in an assigned region. Manage relationships for existing key customer accounts and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, and general business development. Commercial, product, and business development responsibility for GE/Alstom Power Inc. Boiler/AQCS business division.

Senior Sales Manager

•	Managed $2.5M staff budget for business development and strategy in the Utility/Industrial, Pulp & Paper and Heat Recovery Steam Generators for Power Generation Industry.
•	Oversaw domestic and international fleet accounts, representing 15% or $24M of Alstom’s overall parts sales.
•	Implemented successful sales plans in conjunction with marketing and product managers that expanded Alstom parts portfolio.
•	Provided leadership and talent management, staff training, coaching and development to build teamwork, accountability and drive organizational improvement initiatives.
•	Led a nine-member team of Business Development Managers and Customer Service Representatives, generating over $3M/month in opportunities.

Manager of Customer Service

Alstom Power

Responsible for parts and services business development and client program management for Industrial and Utility customers. Lead coordination of overall business development strategy through participation in the customer outage and maintenance planning process. Assisted customers in prioritization of budgeted resources to meet their needs utilizing product/equipment knowledge and expertise. Work closely with various business units to develop a pricing and market strategy for specific opportunities, potential opportunities, as well as for new product launches. Manage existing client programs and initiate new programs within OEM and oOEM platforms.

Customer Service Manager/Acct. Dev. Manager

Resourceful Product Administrator involved with strategy development and cost analysis for quote tendering and order execution. In this position I was able to build on my technical sales, customer relations, proposal tendering and project management.  Parts/project activities ranged from $100 - $1M.
