After graduating from high school in Diamond Bar, California, Ed Mylett attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton. A student-athlete who balanced his studies in communications with playing baseball for the NCAA Division I Pacific Tigers, Ed Mylett graduated from Pacific as a three-time All-American and the NCAA leader in stolen bases. Following college, he worked as a youth counselor for underprivileged boys.

Ed joined World Financial Group (WFG) in 1992. Because of his outstanding ability to inspire leaders, Ed Mylett quickly advanced at WFG, becoming one of the company's youngest CEO Marketing Directors in only a few years. After he achieved the top level of a Senior Executive Vice Chairman and then joined the WFG leadership team as a Chairman's Council member and as the Director of Field Leadership at WFG. 

Ed has a passion for mentoring and coaching others on what it takes to become a champion in all areas of life. He has shared the stage and has very close personal relationships with other business legends such as Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Phil Knight and many others.

In January of 2022 I began working in this business on a part-time basis to serve neighbors with their energy needs, all the while increasing my personal income potential. 

Sun N Us's focus is to educate people from all walks of life on how solar can save our world from detrimental non-renewable hazards. 

We are fighting for our world and for every person who inhabits it. As our planet continues to fight to survive, all people no matter how diverse can become a Superhero.

My role at Sterling Exteriors was a tremendous experience!

Spending 8.5 years there, I became good friends with each crew member, and they helped me to become the best I could be in the home remodeling industry.

From 2019 to my 2022 departure, I provided the company with 40% of its revenue, which translated into over $6 million.

My father is a Senior Vice-President with Primerica, and I worked within his business for 9 years on a part-time basis. 

At Primerica , I began growing myself, making friends, and chasing my dreams. 

I am no longer active with the company; however these individuals taught me how to truly dream big, and I also learned helpful marketing and sales techniques.

This is where I sharpened my teamwork, sales, and time management abilities .

What is Success  ❓

 
We all have different answers.

But the way I have chosen to answer has shaped what I do, and how I do it. 

For the first part of my career, I began an attempt to build a network marketing business. My goals, at the time, were to "build it big", and become a Millionaire by 30. (I started the business at 18)

Well, it didn't happen. 

While I was creating and developing skills like goal setting, cold calling, selling, and emotional intelligence, I didn't have the time management part down. 

I had A TON of apprehension at the thought of "quitting" the business after years of not turning a profit. It took me a very long time to realize that the "do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do" style of leadership 
only works for short periods of time - it's harmful in the long run. 

A Leader must Lead from the front.


Another relevant aspect of this story was my religious life. 

I was born into and raised in a religious environment which was unhealthy. 

I spent much of my time providing free labor to my group, and listening to talks encouraging Violence, Variance, and Vanity.


My partner,  Stephany,  saved me from Self-destruction. 

We met as teens, and she taught me selfless love, patience, and truth. 

My journey away from my community began when I was 18 and began listening to sermons on the local Christian radio station (which was a "no-no" for me at the time.)

I began to develop skills like self-reliance and decisiveness. 

Self-Leadership and Critical Thinking. 

After ten years of prayer and faith, I walked away from it in 2020 at the age of 28. 


How is this story relevant to my business life? 


This story shows that I keep my word. 

It shows that I have Integrity, and am willing to sacrifice all to stay true to my Values. 

I will come through, and if I don't, I will be Honest as to why. 

I have self-discipline and align myself with people who do. 

I live my private life as I do my public. 

When you see me, what you see is what you get. 

My clients hear the truth of a matter, and nothing else.
