With a foundation rooted in martial arts, I've spent my life mastering the disciplines of focus, resilience, and strategic thinking. Earning the title of Grandmaster and achieving multiple high-ranking black belts in Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, and Taekwondo, along with being a certified Krav Maga instructor, I have translated these values into my business career. The principles learned on the mat – commitment, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence – have shaped my approach to entrepreneurship.

Today, my primary focus is leading two dynamic and fast-evolving brands: 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. At 76 FENCE, we're redefining the fencing industry by prioritizing quality, American-made materials and delivering a premium, 'White Glove' customer service experience. Scout & Molly's, our upscale women's boutique franchise, brings personalized fashion and empowering entrepreneurship to local communities across the country. These brands are more than just businesses; they represent my dedication to innovation, quality, and the success of our franchise partners.

My entrepreneurial journey spans over two decades in the franchise space, where I've been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple successful brands. I'm the CEO of Franchiseyourbusiness.com, where I provide strategic guidance and support to aspiring franchisors and franchisees, helping them navigate the complexities of the franchise world and achieve sustainable growth.

Certified as a franchise advisor and developer, my focus remains on driving the growth and success of 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. By integrating proven strategies with a hands-on approach, I aim to cultivate thriving business communities and empower other entrepreneurs to turn their visions into thriving realities.

Supporting the Severn Trent Water Utility diversions for HS2. Concentrating on ensuring any U&A agreements are met in accordance with the contractual obligations. Managing vehicle compliance, movements and deliveries, whilst meeting the working sites requirements. Organising and managing the site Plant requirements and managing compliance requirements such as NRMM and LOLER. Company Innovation Champion who is very keen to learn more about hydrogen solutions for plant, logistics and on site power.

Supporting the Cadent Utility diversions for HS2. Ensuring the U&A agreements are met in accordance with the contractual obligations. Managing vehicle compliance, movements and deliveries, whilst meeting the working sites requirements. Organising and managing the site Plant by being the central person for any orders and queries and resolving any issues. Project lead on NRMM compliance requirements and submissions. Site Innovation Champion bringing in safety equipment such as Site Zone Exclusion Proximity Warning systems, Shell GTL Ultra Low Emissions Fuel, and championing a new site to site material share system called Click Shift.

Dealing with the delivery schedule and compliance of all attending vehicles into the Crossrail sites at Whitechapel C512. Supporting the client and engineering teams with logistics planning for the main works including critical possessions, this included the bringing in of the steel canopy featured on the 15billion pound railway TV series.  Winner of the Crossrail Collaboration award for Month, Quarter and Year for the supporting work for the steel deliveries from Holland.

Sourcing and allocating HGV drivers in support of two of the largest supermarket chains in the UK, often short notice requests of up to 100 drivers for deliveries running in a 24 hour period.  Running diary management in support to ensure drivers hours were kept. A fast paced environment dealing with clients, drivers and agencies.
