Today, my primary focus is leading two dynamic and fast-evolving brands: 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. At 76 FENCE, we're redefining the fencing industry by prioritizing quality, American-made materials and delivering a premium, 'White Glove' customer service experience. Scout & Molly's, our upscale women's boutique franchise, brings personalized fashion and empowering entrepreneurship to local communities across the country. These brands are more than just businesses; they represent my dedication to innovation, quality, and the success of our franchise partners.

My entrepreneurial journey spans over two decades in the franchise space, where I've been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple successful brands. I'm the CEO of Franchiseyourbusiness.com, where I provide strategic guidance and support to aspiring franchisors and franchisees, helping them navigate the complexities of the franchise world and achieve sustainable growth.

Work experience covered Safety roles in onshore and offshore oil and gas industry,FPSO

I started my career as wireline field engineer for upstream sector in down hole data acquisition of  wells. I also worked on offshore production platform as maintenance engineer. Transitioned to safety roles for drilling and workover campaign. Later taking more responsibility in managing the HSE aspects of construction till commissioning phase of multiple oil and gas,LNG processing plant projects.

I had successfully demonstrative achievements in developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing of Health Safety and Environmental management systems (HSEMS) for Upstream operation, drilling campaigns, construction and Mining operations.

Successfully lead HSE activities, initiatives from concept, execution and to completion.  

Facilitated Hazard Identification (HAZID) and participated in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) Studies
