Earning the title of Grandmaster and achieving multiple high-ranking black belts in Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, and Taekwondo, along with being a certified Krav Maga instructor, I have translated these values into my business career. The principles learned on the mat – commitment, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence – have shaped my approach to entrepreneurship.

Today, my primary focus is leading two dynamic and fast-evolving brands: 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. At 76 FENCE, we're redefining the fencing industry by prioritizing quality, American-made materials and delivering a premium, 'White Glove' customer service experience. Scout & Molly's, our upscale women's boutique franchise, brings personalized fashion and empowering entrepreneurship to local communities across the country. These brands are more than just businesses; they represent my dedication to innovation, quality, and the success of our franchise partners.

My entrepreneurial journey spans over two decades in the franchise space, where I've been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple successful brands. I'm the CEO of NextFran and Franchiseyourbusiness.com, where I provide strategic guidance and support to aspiring franchisors and franchisees, helping them navigate the complexities of the franchise world and achieve sustainable growth.

But sometimes, the truth hides behind the moment. 🕊️

In many parts of Southeast Asia and the Middle East, this “bird release” is a common scam. 


The birds are trained to return to the vendors, caught again, and resold endlessly. What feels like compassion actually fuels a cycle of suffering and exploitation. 🌍

Rusty has a remarkable track record of entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation in the aerial lift industry, which he entered in 1977. He founded and ran several successful companies, such as Reach Atlanta (#53 RER, of the world's largest rental company), AlphaLift, ReachLift, and Alliance Rentals, and was the first JLG distributor for Atlanta, Georgia. He also designed and manufactured the first practical electric drive scissor lift in 1993, which is still the standard today—retired in 2022 after 45 years of contributing to the growth and development of two emerging industries: the equipment rental industry and the aerial lift industry. Working with and learning from many talented and passionate team members, industry icons, and friends along the way has been a blessing.

Rusty Kaylor retired senior vice president of LGMG North America, a manufacturer and supplier of aerial lift equipment. He joined the company in 2019 with Craig Paylor, Steve Watson, and Russ Stear to introduce a new Aerial Lift product to the North American market. He left the company entirely in 2021 and retired in the North Georgia mountains.
