CTP Energy et al (phase 1 restructuring - changeover)

Resofactor learned of Drazen's passing in December 2021. Originally pursuing another career path in IT and Linux technologies, upon hearing of Drazen's permanent return to C-domain; Resofactor chose to pick up the mantle provided by providence to carry on Drazen's research and vision, later which Resofactor would term the Nth Industrial Revolution™ regarding the global implications of CTP Energy Science to humanity's future evolution.

This time to introduce the general public again (for a second time) to Drazen's discoveries of the CTP Energy Science after the original social media and MySpace campaigns that were backdated to 2004-2006.

During this 6-8 month frame, Resofactor made many strides, new discoveries, and new terms for CTP Energy Science without a dime of outside funding or monetary support. As well as backward engineering many of the basic design requirements for many of the revolutionary planned CTP Energy Systems, that Drazen never originally shared with him. Thus reverse engineering an entirely new field of non-physical science Nikola Tesla predicted, in the process.

After speaking with Drazen's son in December 2021-January 2022, Drazen's son and sole inheritor of CTP Energy Science intellectual property rights, Drazen's son released all titles and legalities of ownership or inheritance of CTP Energy Science to Resofactor to continue his father's research.

Also during this difficult time period (after learning of his mentor's passing), Resofactor was networking via LinkedIn and begin posting and sharing many of the far-reaching implications CTP Energy Science envisions for the future. 

Upon completing the first phase 1 of CTP Energy et al restructuring, Resofactor has restructured the former CTP Energy Corporation (originally discontinued in 2014) into the new CTP Energy, LLC; July 2022.

THE HISTORY AND CONTINUATION OF CTP ENERGY SCIENCE

Activities are based on extensive studies and research of the C-domain that its former President, Drazen Premate, did. In the earliest days of social media and via MySpace and other online outreach campaigns, the initial rollout of CTP Energy Science between 2004 and 2006, the world was still not ready.

After learning of Drazen's passing in 2019 during the events of December 2021, and being Drazen's apprentice for just under a decade, Resofactor assumed the mantle of CTP Energy Science and continues to forward Drazen's research in this revolutionary new field of science that Nikola Tesla, himself, predicted and foretold would be discovered one day.

Nikola Tesla forwarded that such science of the non-physical when discovered, will make more progress in ten years than in all of the other prior centuries of humankind's existence and all of the different fields of the physical sciences combined.
