PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of the Client Implementation Consultant is to embed CCUBE into the business processes of dealer groups and practices during onboarding. The role will involve analysing the historical processes of each business and migrating them to CCUBE using out-of-the-box configurations, content, and CCUBE features. If gaps are identified, the Client Implementation Consultant will work in conjunction with the Product Team to determine workarounds and/or feature enhancements. Once the analysis is complete, the Client Implementation Consultant will be responsible for ensuring uptake of the new CCUBE processes through a combination of showcases, preparation of training content and use cases, and in person training. 
This Client Implementation Consultant will work in closely with a Client Implementation Specialist to complete onboarding. The specialist will project manage the technical aspects of onboarding clients to CCUBE including data migration and third-party integrations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Evaluate the 4 key processes of each financial planning business migrating to CCUBE: new client, review, FDS, and opt-in; 
•	Analyse the historical output of each business (SOAs, admin letters, etc.); 
•	Showcase CCUBE out-of-the-box capabilities tailored to meet the objectives of each business;
•	Determine when dealer group sign-off and/or compliance oversight is required on any configurations; 
•	Train the dealer group champion on how to configure out-of-the-box content going forward; 
•	Continuously improve out-of-the-box content based on learnings from each business we onboard;
•	Deploy Learning Management System to each user, monitor uptake, and provide in-person training when appropriate; 
•	Ensure CCUBE is embedded in the business and users are trained before completing onboarding and handing over to client services; 
•	Gather client feedback and share lessons learnt with other CCUBE teams to improve future onboarding;
