I'm early in my career and I'm already seeing how people get left behind.

And no, it's not because they chose a 9-5.
It's because they settled.

20 years doing one job. Same thing every day.

No personal projects launched. No impact outside the walls of the office.
And their achievements? Never go past the boardroom.

They chose comfort and silence.

Here's what scares me most: some of you reading this are already on that path.

You're good at your job. You show up. You deliver.
But outside of work? Nothing.

No side projects. No personal brand. No backup plan if this job disappears tomorrow.

I'm watching this happen in real time, and I refuse to let it be my story.

2. Upskilling relentlessly so I'm not stuck in one lane.

4. Creating options so I'm never dependent on one income stream.

Don’t let what is happening around you drain your energy.

You fail an exam and slip into depression. You experience a heartbreak and your energy drops to zero. You get rejected and sadness surrounds you.

It has happened to me too.
I got rejected, and it broke me.

That was when I realized something: sadness doesn’t sit still. It moves from your mind and begins to affect everything that makes you YOU

It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to feel weak.
But it’s not okay to remain down.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

So if you’ve been down for too long, this is your sign to get up and try again.

There will be trials. Oh, there will be temptations.

But God will help you overcome them all.
