•Aggregate the total sales forecast in units and consolidated sales, perform a gap analysis based on figures and facts to identify potential gaps and challenge KAM’s on the construction to guarantee accuracy and propose measures to adjust figures to plans. 
•Leading of the sales forecast meeting each month and Sales Budget and communication of objective feedback to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance).

•Organizational structure review for both Demand and Supply Planning areas, redefining objectives, team and processes;
