Wool and the Gang is championing the return to traditional craftsmanship, education, individuality and social awareness while disrupting the fashion industry by delivering fast fashion responsibly and collaboratively.


Responsible for: 

Global online sales. 

Partnerships - Identifying and launching both online and offline partnerships in line with our growth strategy. WATG partnerships include Giles Deacon, British Fashion Council, Save the Children, Mini, Brit + Co and Catbird.

PR - Responsible for strategy and development of print, online fashion and maker press across key markets. 

Product development & Customer Services - We're passionate about our customers, ensuring that we deliver the best and most innovative experience from start to finish. Product and customer lead within the team, working closely with our CTO, design and tech team.

From its initial concept I was responsible for the customer experience across all business functions: online, fulfillment, customer services and customer acquisition.

Online lead - technical, brand proposition, cart, back-end systems and scalable operational development.

Direct ongoing product development, technical prioritization, site optimization, customer relationship development, customer acquisition, social, SEO and e-marketing growth.

Traditionally only those at the top could ever access a Coach. 

Coaching is expensive. And it means that the majority don’t get that same opportunity.

On the other side, Coaches drop out at an alarming rate after qualifying (95% on average.)

More Happi enables Coaches to build the experience and practice that they need to become exceptional Coaches at a rate that would be impossible in other ways.

More Happi gets them individuals globally to coach, while Coaches build a bank of testimonials and ICF-accredited hours. Fast tracking their experience from qualified – to exceptional.

It’s free for the coaches to take part (volunteer status) and we pass the costs of the experience onto the organisations.

This new model means that those unable to access coaching before, now can. And more Coaches stay in the industry to deliver more impact. Win-win.
