After a taking the leadership team through our famous marketing workshop process to re-evaluate what the brand stands for, the key messaging and ultimate re-positioning of the business. We then set a path to bring this refreshed brand to life across multiple touchpoints simultaneosly - web design and UX, content marketing, social media, email marketing, blog and video strategy and digital marketing best practice activation, optimisation and ROI analytics.

Overview – The Trust manages 37 campaign & holiday parks in its portfolio, employs over 400 staff and contractors with a combined asset value of $200m.  Our iconic holiday parks are located up, down and inland around NSW, including parks like Seal Rocks, Byron Bay, Lennox Heads.  They differentiate themselves in the market by owning the more ‘nature’ oriented offering. 

Multi-Channel Launch of new Name / new brand - Launched the brand using a multi-channel integrated marketing campaign –  New Name, logo, Branding across the business, 20 Youtube videos telling some authentic stories from some of the personalities and customers of the business, Print, Digital marketing, Trade / expo, blogger outreach, SEM, SEO, Social Media, PR and Email Marketing 

Success Highlights – Being thrown into the deep end, reporting to the CEO and board I quickly realised the business was lacking in a solid marketing strategy and clear direction.  After completing a brand strategy workshop & a clear positioning I   came up with a new tagline for the business “Nature Never Felt so Good,” which the organisation quickly adopted right through the business.  This positioning helps us outsmart not outspend the competition who typically have deeper advertising pockets.

Results were good, increasing online sales by over 68% over the next 12 month period. Boom!
