As a certified Master Instructional Designer, Change Management and Sales Effectiveness Professional, my experience in Human Performance Management and sales best practices enable me to design highly relevant sales programs made up of accessible information, support assistance, communication, reinforcement, scenario-based eLearning courses, performance training, and OTJ coaching that accelerate and maintain sales productivity. 

I spent five years on the Purdue wrestling team, where I received All Big Ten honors, qualified for the NCAA tournament, and won the 2015 Most Dedicated Wrestler award at Purdue University. The sport of wrestling has instilled exceptionally high levels of accountability, ownership and dedication in me. The most influential lesson I took away from the sport was to "get comfortable while being uncomfortable." I'm able to maintain a high-degree of energy and enthusiasm when adversity strikes.

Most importantly, I'm a husband and father of two young daughters. Sharing my love of exploring nature, hiking through the woods, and reading books with my family has been the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences of my life. In fact, I'm so passionate about learning and development that my wife and I are homeschooling our daughters.

If you’ve just wrapped your annual Sales Kick-Off, pause for a moment.

What you pulled off was hard.

SKOs are one of the most complex, high-pressure moments enablement and GTM ops teams take on all year --> months of planning, endless pivots, late nights, last-minute curveballs, and then… showtime. 

So before jumping straight back into the hustle, here’s your reminder: 
decompression isn’t a luxury; it’s part of the work.

I’m a big believer in the Après SKO lifestyle, intentionally creating space after the event to:

And what used to be a solo self-care reset evolved into incredible trips with industry peers turned lifelong friends - like when I went to magical Sedona with Laura Wheeler and Palm Springs with Ashton W. where we even snuck in dinner and drinks with local enablement superstar Devon McDermott 🪄✨! 💛 

Because here’s the truth:
The teams that build the biggest moments also need recovery rituals... or burnout becomes the hidden cost of “success.”

During SKO season, LinkedIn quietly becomes one of the best market research tools available... if you know how to use it.

I save SKO photos and key takeaways from posts across my feed and build a living mood board in Google Slides. No vendor decks. No theory. Just what actually shipped.

I organize inspiration across a few key lenses:
🎯 Activation & Engagement: How sellers are engaged during sessions (ice breakers, movement, pattern interrupts, participation)
 🎨 Branding & Visual Identity: Stage design, signage, swag cohesion, storytelling through visuals
 📣 Message Framing: How priorities are simplified and made memorable
