Here are the 4 pillars of the High-Performer AI workflow:

🧠 1. Thinking Structure (The RACE Framework)

Stop sending one-sentence prompts. Use the RACE method to get elite outputs:

• Role: Who is the AI? (e.g., "Senior Product Manager")
• Action: What exactly needs to happen?
• Context: Why are we doing this? Who is the audience?
• Expectation: What does a "perfect" result look like?

⚡ 2. Energy Management
AI shouldn't just manage your tasks; it should manage your biology. Use it to "Tetris" your day—assigning deep work to your peak focus hours and offloading administrative "chores" to the AI.

🤖 3. Agentic Workflows
Move beyond the single chat. Think in "Digital Co-workers." Create a chain where one AI scans, one drafts, and one checks for logic. Your job is to manage the "Logic Collisions" between them.

🔍 4. The 90/10 Rule (Verification)
