We work closely with management teams as a dedicated, outsourced recruiting platform to bring top developers, designers, sales, marketing and support talent to the team, efficiently. 
Funded.club also provides investor readiness tools and access to funding partners to help founders fuel their dreams.
We're a fully-remote, global team following a "Teal" structure of self-organizing teams.

In addition to growing Funded.club, I'm spending some time on boards and mentoring exciting startups. I was lucky to live through a business accelerator experience at Startupbootcamp with >100 mentors, so it's really fun to give back to this startup community now. 

In my free time, I still enjoy making music and videos, going on family adventures, and sometimes I drag my middle-aged body around a triathlon course. I swim, cycle, and run slow, but it's great to switch off and get away from screens and wifi :)
