The billionaire who's lived in the same house for 30 years.
The leader who promotes the person who challenged them.

our credential-focused world forgets:

Credentials depreciate.
Character compounds.

follows you everywhere.

Pain doesn’t usually arrive suddenly.
It builds quietly through stiffness, tightness, and neglect.
✅ Move joints daily for 10-15 minutes to stay pain-free long term.

Poor health drains your energy and confidence.

And it harms your ability to play, travel, train, & enjoy what you’ve built.

Ignore “ageing gracefully”.

Age with strength, health, and independence.

That’s the real status symbol.

→ Consistency

Health and entrepreneurship share many parallels.
I like to view the two of them as a long game.

And to succeed at anything long-term.
You need relentless consistency.

I’m healthier than 90% of people,
But I have times when:

I miss my step count
I forget to take my vitamins 
I pretend my standing desk doesn’t exist
I use my phone in bed instead of sleeping
I eat one hr before bed due to poor planning

This is called being a human.

I recently had a client drop over 20 pounds of body fat,
While running multiple businesses, 

Using what I like to call the ’80/20 rule’.

→ Pick a habit.
→ Aim for 80% consistency.
→ Don’t beat yourself up over the other 20%.

Over a full year, that’s:

✅ 292 days of ‘good’ eating
✅ 2,920,000 steps (10k per day)
✅ 167/208 workouts (4x per week)

Remember….

You are the sum of all your actions.
You aren’t defined by just one.

9 Anti-Ageing Exercises

If it weren’t for exercise…

My life would be a shambles.

And if you’re honest, you know exactly how quickly
things unravel when you stop moving.

All I’ve known my entire life is exercise.

I started playing sports at the age of 4
and I haven’t looked back since.

I know that if I lost that commitment, my life would suffer massively.

Why am I so passionate?

Because the downside of not doing so is brutal…

And the thought of that version of my life scares the sh*t out of me

It’s estimated that 23% of U.S. adults live with a mental illness (1).

That’s not a statistic — that’s a warning sign.

When it comes to better mental well-being,
You won’t find a stronger ‘drug’ than regular exercise.

Aerobic exercises, including jogging, swimming, cycling, walking, gardening,
and dancing have been proven to reduce anxiety and depression (2).

The impact it has on my mental strength can’t be put into words.
But I know that I’d be a fraction of the man I am now without it.

I’ve literally seen clients build new businesses after starting the gym.

If it happened once, I’d think nothing of it, 
But it’s happened numerous times for it to be a coincidence.

You don’t need perfection. You need consistency.

If you don’t know where to start, here you go:

✅ 2-3 full-body workouts weekly
✅ Train all 6 movement patterns min 2x per week
✅ 40-45 mins per workout (incl. 6-8 min warm up)
✅ Pay someone to write you a programme (progress is 10x quicker)
✅ Skip the nonsense. Choose movements that actually build strength.
