I want you to know, more than anything, that isolation lies. That it's not just you. That we're all going through it, things are just hard, and help is available. 

I am a telehealth program operator, mental health advocate and women’s cheerleader who uses the LInkedIn Box every day to talk about what I know, how I’ve gotten to where I am, and how others can do things better than what I did. 

I am the CEO of LBee Health, a virtual mental health treatment program focused on helping people who recovering from burnout, toxic work environments and trauma. We also provide full mental health care for most diagnoses. We want to make care accessible and low cost, and we do that by partnering treatment, when necessary, with psychoeducational groups and coaching for a variety of topics. Provide analytical and technical support for the Department of Budget & Strategic Planning.  Administer the city’s budget application to ensure smooth operation, data security and data integrity.  Generate the city’s proposed and adopted budget documents detailing the city’s operations and the components of the $1.1 billion operating budget.  Utilize specialized knowledge of the state’s budgeting practices for K-12 public education to help the city provide more accurate and appropriate funding to its local school division.
Key Achievements:
•	Managed the technical portion of the city’s transition to program-based budgeting.  This included the redesign and development of budget document program page sections from scratch using Microsoft Access; overhauling and augmenting the account structures in the city's budget development application and the tools contained therein so they would be ready for budget development; and working with the Department of Finance to make accommodating changes in the financial management application to ensure a seamless transition.
•	Automated the generation of reports summarizing general fund revenues and expenditures during budget development to help maintain a balanced budget, reducing staff time necessary for generating these reports from two to three hours down to approximately 20 minutes.

Controlled the daily operation of the Denver Service Unit's superintendent's office following a regional restructuring. Developed the annual operating plan, creating a detailed $100 million budget. Tracked weekly job starts and financial performance against the annual plan. Aligned operational procurement and administrative costs with the corporate mandate.

•	Facilitated real-time performance management by assisting with the rollout of a Hyperion Operating Income Statement (OIS) program.
