• Headed clinical improvement efforts enhance medication assisted treatment programs, avoiding significant inpatient stays
• Created first-of-its kind behavioral health urgent care with innovative physician-partner referral program to reduce wait times for in-person psychiatric care from 6 weeks to several hours, eventually transitioning to a full telehealth program
• Defined an extensive intake procedure to effectively manage the intake and insurance verification of all new patients, meeting accurate program entrance criteria for patients 100% of the time
• Architected the company’s own in-house EMR platform to develop a HIPAA compliant computer structure, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

I want you to know, more than anything, that isolation lies. That it's not just you. That we're all going through it, things are just hard, and help is available. 

I am a telehealth program operator, mental health advocate and women’s cheerleader who uses the LInkedIn Box every day to talk about what I know, how I’ve gotten to where I am, and how others can do things better than what I did. 

I am the CEO of LBee Health, a virtual mental health treatment program focused on helping people who recovering from burnout, toxic work environments and trauma. We also provide full mental health care for most diagnoses. We want to make care accessible and low cost, and we do that by partnering treatment, when necessary, with psychoeducational groups and coaching for a variety of topics.
