I want you to know, more than anything, that isolation lies. That it's not just you. That we're all going through it, things are just hard, and help is available. 

I am a telehealth program operator, mental health advocate and women’s cheerleader who uses the LInkedIn Box every day to talk about what I know, how I’ve gotten to where I am, and how others can do things better than what I did. 

I am the CEO of LBee Health, a virtual mental health treatment program focused on helping people who recovering from burnout, toxic work environments and trauma. We also provide full mental health care for most diagnoses. We want to make care accessible and low cost, and we do that by partnering treatment, when necessary, with psychoeducational groups and coaching for a variety of topics. Currently, I am the Child Family Advocate for Family Star Montessori School - Northeast, in Denver, CO. Working with Early/Head Start families in an educational setting is a wonderful fit for everyone. As part of family wrap-around services, I provide support to our families. 

Though currently working in non-profits, my passion is in creating learning materials, mentoring, and training others for success in a variety of environments.
