After 11 months at the company, I was promoted to Senior Digital Account Executive. 

Within this role at Whiteoaks, I was:
• Creating strategic and compelling digital programmes for clients 
• Consulting with clients to provide expert opinion and advice 
• Implementing reporting and evaluation to showcase performance against KPIs 
• Delivering strategic insight and recommendations to improve campaign performance 
• Continuously monitoring digital developments to ensure service offering is current 
• Acting as a strong mentor and motivator for digital support for my colleagues

Senior Digital Account Executive

Whiteoaks are the UK's leading B2B Tech PR Agency based in Hook. 

Within my role at Whiteoaks, I was:
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of clients’ social and digital programmes
• Running regular paid campaigns on both LinkedIn campaign manager and Twitter ads
• Creating regular social and digital reports using established templates to showcase results 
• Building, maintaining and developing productive relationships with influencers/bloggers
• Utilising Sprout Social to effectively plan and schedule all social content
• Acting as the first port of call for clients on any digital and social opportunities
• Having weekly meetings with clients to showcase results and recommendations

Within my role at Tier One, I:
• Assisted with the re-brand; design, content writing, social media and website creation
• Worked alongside the BDM to create weekly campaigns based on current trends

• Written business blogs on current trends within the B2B and technology industry
• Learnt about the importance of SEO and utilised appropriate keywords on my content
• Increased the social media following and engagement rates
• Designed and written resource guides for basic technology support
