Posting an image with no context, but here we are...

Sometimes lifecycle marketing humbles you.

Like… you spend all year building flows, sweating segmentation, testing send times, obsessing over subject lines…

And then Black Friday hits, and suddenly your emails start performing like they have something to prove.

(One campaign literally pulled $426K and I’m 90% sure I didn’t breathe the entire day.)

But here’s the real lesson:

Black Friday success is never about one email.

It’s 12 months of:
- Keeping your list clean
- Training your segments
- Priming engagement early
- Building trust through relevant content

And NOT sending noise all year long

Big BFCM wins don’t come from heroic last-minute sends.

They come from:
