Consumer behavior is a very complex subject. Since the beginning of my career in Digital Marketing, I've always been attracted to one aspect of it: E-commerce. And more specifically, how do you get someone to buy your product or service from your online store/funnel?

It turns out that there is a whole range of aspects to consider, unlike in 2016 where, generally speaking, any platform with a website/funnel could convert traffic easily.

In 2018, consumers are more sophisticated. They can now easily differentiate between a Dropshipping store and a legitimate E-commerce established brand.

And then we are now in 2025 and not 2018... Having a beautifully designed Shopify store is not enough. The whole sales process must be of quality in order to convert your traffic.

After understanding the psychology of online buyers, I went deeper into the development of systems to help E-commerce businesses scale to multiple 6, 7 and even 8 figures... and this is where I come across the second piece of the puzzle, retention!

After years of experience (and a lot of testing), I discovered that email & SMS marketing was more my style when it comes to scaling e-commerce brands. All this leads me to introduce myself...

Most brands are out here stressing…
Meanwhile we’re just executing. Hard.

Sharing a few Black Friday campaigns my team and I created for clients, and honestly?
These go crazy.

(Design is subjective, sure…
But if you think these are not cool, we can’t be friends.)

"I need to think about it."

That's usually code for:

 ❌ I don’t trust it
 ❌ I’m confused
 ❌ I have questions you haven’t answered

And yet… most brands don’t send an email that actually answers those questions.

Here’s a crazy-simple email that converts like crazy:

👉 The FAQ email.

No fluff. No fancy design. Just answers to the objections already sitting in your customer’s mind.

Why does it work?

Because most people don’t not buy…

They just get stuck.

⤷ How it actually works
⤷ Ingredient concerns
⤷ Shipping timelines
⤷ Sizing or fit
⤷ Returns

Answer these upfront, and you remove friction before it kills the sale.

Best part?

It’s low effort and ridiculously high leverage.
(And it builds trust like nothing else.)

If you're not sending at least one FAQ email a month, you’re leaving money on the table.

So I’ll keep this short, because I know you’re deep in the trenches making sure everything fires properly, inventory doesn’t melt, and your pages don’t crash.

Here’s one tip that will move the needle more than anything else you could read today:

Send at least 3 emails.
Yes, three.
Minimum.

If that means resending the same email, do it.
Just switch the subject line + preview text.
No one cares except your revenue dashboard.

And if production is tight?
Mix in a text-based email.

Fast to produce and ship.

That’s it.
That’s today's advice.

Today is not about creativity.
Today is not about “protecting the list.”
Today is not about being precious.

If you’re not emailing daily (sometimes 2-3 times), you’re leaving serious money on the table. Visibility = revenue.

2. Segment smartly.
Hit your engaged audiences hard.
Warm segments convert best, and help you stay out of spam when you ramp up sending.

3. Keep it stupid simple.
Don’t overthink the design or copy.
One offer. One CTA. Front and center. That’s it.

4. Don’t stop at Friday.
Saturday and Sunday still perform insanely well. Keep the momentum going until Cyber Monday wraps.

5. Prep your post-BFCM plan.
Your job isn’t done after Monday.
Retention flows, thank-you campaigns, and restock alerts are where most brands drop the ball.
