What started as a coffee shop conversation that pulled me into SaaS turned into a career built around one thing: creating high-quality conversations that convert into real outcomes.

Today, I work as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, owning the full outbound motion across B2C channels for Annuity Association. My focus is simple but disciplined, connecting retirees and pre-retirees with fiduciary advisors who help them make confident, informed decisions about lifetime income, asset protection, and long-term financial security.

At Annuity Association, we help clients avoid common retirement pitfalls by building plans that include:
• Predictable income guaranteed for life
• Safe growth with no market risk
• Long-term care solutions
• Thoughtful legacy planning

My role sits at the front of that experience driving relevant, trust-based conversations through phone, email, and multi-touch outreach that respects the consumer while delivering a consistent pipeline for advisors.

Before moving fully into this role, I led and scaled SDR teams and founded TopMountaineer, a full-cycle outbound firm built from the ground up. That experience sharpened every part of my outbound skill set, including ICP development, messaging, call frameworks, sequencing, objection handling, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C environments.

📅 2026 agency partner checklist. Save this. 👇 

Before you renew another agency contract, do a quick sanity check.

Step 1️⃣ 
Open any ad platform you’re spending money on: Google. Meta. TikTok. LinkedIn, etc

Ask one simple question: Is this account actually owned by my business?
❌ Not “I have access.”
❌ Not “the agency set it up.”
✅ Actual ownership.
(If you’re not sure how to check, I’ll drop a quick how-to in the comments.)

Step 2️⃣ 
If it’s not in your business name, ask the agency to move it over.
😁 Your business as primary admin.
😁 Your billing.
😁 They stay on as a manager.

This is a totally normal request in 2026.

Step 3️⃣ 
If the answer is “we can’t” or “that’s our IP”…

🎉 Congratulations, your agency is stuck in a 2010 time capsule 🕰️ 

Old school agencies work like drug dealers.
They hold the bag.
Keep you dependent.
Make it painful to leave.
That’s not partnership. That’s control.

Modern agencies operate more like open-source systems: 
Nothing is hidden.
Strategy is visible.
Execution is transparent.
Data belongs to the client.

And like any good open-source system, the value compounds.
Ideas build on ideas.
Experiments feed the next experiment.
There’s no “final version”, just constant improvement.

They’re not afraid to share the playbook because their value isn’t secrecy.
It’s the thinking, the iteration, and the ability to keep producing what works next.

Step 4️⃣ 
If the account can’t move because it’s “theirs,” you already have your answer.

Cancel the contract.
Move on.

Step 5️⃣ 
Work with an agency that actually lives in 2026.
