I didn’t plan to work in career strategy.

I just kept noticing the same thing in tech: people doing everything right and still not moving forward. Promotions stalled. Roles changed. New tools came in, and clarity went out.

So I started talking about what actually makes a difference when careers and teams are under pressure.

Before building my own work, I spent years inside complex tech environments, including roles at Harvard University and Amazon. I saw firsthand how careers stall, promotions break, and AI adoption struggles — not because people aren’t capable, but because clarity and ownership are missing.

Today, I help engineers, analysts, and technical professionals transition into PMP, PM, and leadership roles—so they can land high-impact jobs with confidence.

With experience at Amazon and a PMP background, I specialize in helping technical talent move from execution to leadership without starting over.

I used to take rejection very personally.

Every “no” felt like proof of something:
Maybe I wasn’t ready.
Maybe I wasn’t good enough.
Maybe I had overestimated myself.

It’s hard not to go there.

But after going through enough rejections, jobs, opportunities, even clients... I started to notice something.

The roles I didn’t get weren’t the ones I actually needed.

The teams that passed on me weren’t the ones where I would have grown.

Now, a big part of the work I do is helping professionals rebuild their confidence after a “no", and position themselves for something that actually fits.

You will own global enterprise partnerships across home security, fintech, travel, and other technology sectors, while building the function from the ground up.

The role is onsite in the tristate area (NY, NJ, CT), requires up to 30 percent travel, and demands strong enterprise deal experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech, or enterprise software.

The CEO is requiring that this person is currently working in this role.
