Years ago, I remember scrolling through LinkedIn and seeing people share their wins:

→ Speaking gigs

→ Clients pouring in

I was happy for them, but I asked myself:

“Why not me?”
“Am I falling behind?”


I wasn’t bitter, I was just tired.
Tired of doing the work and seeing no results.
Tired of clapping with empty hands.

But something shifted when I stopped treating other people’s success as a threat.
I started treating it as evidence.
Proof that it was possible.

So I clapped louder.
Not out of obligation, but out of hope.

Because if it’s happening for them,

14 years ago, I've came across a decision that changed my life.



We were broke.
No jobs. No money. Just us.

He kept getting rejected.
And he was dealing with things most people couldn’t see.

He bought me a ring anyway.
On a credit card that was already maxed out.

Not because it made sense.
Because I mattered to him.

That’s when I knew.

We were living at his parents’ house.

I didn’t have a green card.
I couldn’t work.
We couldn’t afford to get married.
And I didn’t speak English.

The future looked bright… I thought :)

I am a woman of faith.

God changes everything.

Today, our lives have changed.

We have three kids.
They’re everything.

He shows up for them every day.
That’s what matters.

We have a home.
Nothing fancy. Just home.

He’s written three books.

I’ve spent years working in tech.
Now I’m building something of my own.

I’m a US citizen now.
I speak English confidently.

Most important part?
We’re still here.
Still choosing each other.
Still growing.

I’m currently building Second Spring, a women’s health platform merging modern science with ancient wisdom to reimagine perimenopause as a season of renewal. The women’s midlife health market is vast, underserved, and deeply personal and for me, this work reflects a broader mission: to make this earth more peaceful and joyful by transforming the spaces most people overlook.

That mission has shaped every chapter of my career. For 15+ years, I’ve blended program leadership with product strategy, weaving together data, intuition, and human behavior. When there’s data, I use it to drive clarity and scale. When data doesn’t exist, I listen to anecdotes, to signals, to patterns and I test until direction emerges.

This approach has helped me lead global teams, scale multi-million-dollar programs, and deliver products that transformed outcomes across healthtech, FinTech, nonprofit, and legal tech.

As a product leader, I’ve launched SaaS platforms grounded in user insights and analytics, modernized legacy systems with measurable performance gains, and shaped digital transformation strategies that unlock enterprise value. As a program leader, I’ve guided 100+ person teams through high-stakes delivery, building structures, mindsets, and cultures that turn complexity into execution.

That same philosophy powers Phoenix Coaching, where I help tech leaders and founders develop emotional resilience and clarity in turbulent times. My coaching is grounded in the same principles that guide great product strategy: read the signals, understand the root causes, remove friction, and rebuild from the inside out. I’ve been noticing something subtle in leadership, coaching, and founder spaces.

Women leaders and founders are often expected to be whole before they’re trusted.

Clear. Regulated. Healed. Articulate. Warm. Visionary. Consistent.
Human, but never too human.

The margin for error is thin.

With men, authority is often more readily assumed.
Growth is allowed.
Ambiguity is tolerated.
Even mediocrity can pass as potential.

And women carry this too.

We feel it in how quickly we assess.
In how easily trust tightens.
In the quiet question of “Is she really ready?” that surfaces faster than we realize.

There’s a pause worth honoring here.

This isn’t about women being unkind or unsupportive.
It reflects conditioning that taught many of us that safety comes from being impeccable.
That leadership is earned through flawlessness.
That visibility requires armor.

We see this pattern mirrored structurally as well.

Only about 2–3 percent of global venture capital dollars goes to startups founded solely by women, even though female founders are increasingly active and, in many cases, outperform male peers in exits.

The standard is higher.
The scrutiny is sharper.
The room for imperfection is smaller.

There’s another layer I keep feeling into.

When a woman leads or builds from intuition, embodiment, or emotional truth, she reflects parts of others that were once judged or made unsafe.
That mirror can feel uncomfortable.
So expectations quietly tighten.

This moment signals transition.
The familiar structures begin to feel strained as something more expansive comes into view.

Oneness leadership is not about perfection.
It is about coherence.
Authority that arises from alignment rather than performance.

In this way of leading and building, we don’t rank, compare, or wait for someone to become “enough.”
We recognize leadership as something already alive and already unfolding.

The future doesn’t need flawless women leaders or founders.
It needs women who are integrated, rooted, and willing to lead and build as they are.

I’m exploring this deeply through Oneness Leadership in coaching, on the podcast, and through Second Spring Health, where leadership, embodiment, and long-term vitality are inseparable.

At some point, leadership stops being about proving you can endure.

As a founder, I lead by vision, not by validation or ego.

Ego is often misunderstood.

It’s not arrogance.
It’s the part of us that seeks safety through recognition, completion, or being seen as “successful.”

Sometimes ego doesn’t push.
It holds on.

It says: finish this so it looks good.
Stay a little longer so it makes sense to others.
Don’t leave yet, people might not understand.

A feminine approach to leadership listens differently.
It notices when the body contracts.
When energy starts leaking.
When something no longer feels alive, even if it still looks impressive on paper.

This is the kind of leadership that builds trust before it builds scale.

Somewhere along the way, we have forgotten the true essence of ancient wisdom, such as Ayurveda.

Ayurveda was never meant to be a system you turn to only when something breaks.

It is a way of living that helps you stay well. 
A daily relationship with food, rhythm, seasons, rest, and awareness. 
Health as something to be sustained, not chased.

At its heart, Ayurveda teaches you how not to fall sick.
How to notice an imbalance early.
How to live in a way that supports the body before it asks for help.

As life accelerated, this way of relating to health slowly faded from everyday practice. 
Prevention became secondary. 

The deeper intention of Ayurveda became quieter.

People often assume that because I’m from India, access to authentic Ayurvedic knowledge must be easy for me.

The reality is more complex.

Information is abundant. 
True, valid sources are rare. 
Classical texts, lineage-based knowledge, and lived practice require time, context, and care. 
They cannot be reduced to shortcuts or trends.

That is why everything we bring into Second Spring Health is grounded in original sources and real practice. 

Ancient wisdom was designed to be lived daily, not used occasionally.

This work is deeply personal.

My great-grandfather was an Ayurveda vaidya, a traditional practitioner trained in classical Ayurvedic principles. 
His practice was woven into everyday life. 
Health was maintained through attention, rhythm, and care, long before illness appeared.

Like many families, parts of this legacy softened over time as modern life accelerated.

Now, I feel called to remember.

Not only for women in my family.
For everyone whose life I touch.

This is why this journey matters so deeply to me. 

It’s also why working with Neelam (Kharod) Sell feels so aligned. 
Raised with Ayurveda as a way of life and trained in allopathy, she carries a lived understanding of both. 
She sees health as something we cultivate continuously.

Second Spring is my way of honoring that legacy.

Thoughtfully. With integrity.

And passing it forward, whole.

I stood barefoot on the grass in New Zealand.

I let the breeze move across my skin without interruption.
I let the sun meet my skin, receiving it as warmth and renewal.

Something quiet opened in me.

Many women have learned to live slightly outside their bodies.
Not because anything is wrong, but because life has taught us to keep moving, managing, and presenting.
Over time, that distance can begin to feel normal.

Feminine energy aligns when we return to presence.
When the body is allowed to sense, receive, and respond in its own rhythm.

This is why I call it Second Spring.

Spring moves through what is ready to grow.
It follows a rhythm that already exists.

When women enter perimenopause, the body often invites a deeper listening.

For some, that invitation feels unfamiliar.
For others, it feels like coming home.

Second Spring becomes possible when we remember ourselves as part of nature.
Not separate from it.
When we stop treating the body as a project and begin living inside it again.

This is where oneness is felt.
With the earth.
With other women.
With life itself.

This way of being does not take power away.
It gently returns it.

I just read EY’s 2025 MedTech Pulse Report.

$8.7B in VC funding.
Capital flowing to platforms, AI, and large underserved markets.

Not one mention of midlife women’s health.

Here’s what the report says investors want:
Large underserved populations.
Data-driven platforms.
Earlier intervention with downstream impact.

And here’s what it completely misses.

50 million women enter perimenopause every year.
More than 1 billion women globally are in this transition right now.

The report tracks investment in cardiovascular devices, mental health diagnostics, musculoskeletal care, and metabolic health.

But for midlife women, these aren’t separate markets.

A woman in perimenopause might experience heart palpitations, anxiety, joint pain, brain fog, weight gain, and sleep disruption at the same time.

The system treats each symptom as an isolated condition.
She sees multiple specialists.
Receives multiple diagnoses.
None of them connect the dots.

Because perimenopause isn’t a cardiovascular problem.
It isn’t a mental health problem.
It isn’t a bone or metabolic problem.
It’s a systemic hormonal transition that shows up across every system in the body.

And MedTech’s organ-based taxonomy can’t see it.

This transition affects every woman who lives past 40.

It sits upstream of many of the chronic conditions investors already fund.

It’s also the missing data layer.
The one that could help predict cardiovascular risk, metabolic disease, bone density loss, and cognitive decline years before they become acute.

The reason it hasn’t been investable until now is simple.
There’s been no infrastructure to measure it.

At Second Spring Health, we’re building that infrastructure.
