Some people will only notice your value once you stop offering it to them.

I’ve been there, sitting at a table where I gave everything I had.
My ideas.

→ I built my own table.
→ I surrounded myself with people who celebrated my progress.
→ I stopped asking for a seat, and started creating the space.

That decision changed everything.

Because when you choose respect over comfort, your career — and confidence, start to rise.

Years ago, I remember scrolling through LinkedIn and seeing people share their wins:

↳ You're not being attacked. 
↳ You're being invited to get better.

3/ Surround yourself with smarter people 
↳ Don't be the sharpest one in every room. 
↳ Choose challenge over comfort.

4/ Update your beliefs when you learn something new 
↳ Growth means evolving your thinking. 
↳ Not holding onto old frameworks.

5/ Stay curious, even when you're experienced 
↳ Years of experience don't guarantee insight. 
↳ Curiosity does.

Not because they know everything. 
But because they're always willing to learn more.
