Every “yes” stretched me. Every stretch expanded my capability.

So here’s a gentle reminder for anyone hesitating today:

Since 1993, Denmark has required every child aged 6-16 to take a weekly empathy class.

Not as an add-on. Not as a nice-to-have.
As a core part of education.

🤝 A culture where emotional intelligence is as valued as academic achievement

It raises a powerful question for all of us; parents, leaders, educators, and employers:

Scrolling through job posts lately feels like reading the requirements for an entire Data & AI department squeezed into a single role.

Too often, companies are looking for one person who can:
🔹 Build backend systems
🔹 Develop full-stack applications
🔹 Architect data pipelines
🔹 Manage databases
🔹 Run MLOps and CI/CD
🔹 Ship deep learning models
🔹 Handle cloud infrastructure
