● Maximized student engagement through creative strategies such as creating a series of daily mini-quizzes personalized to each students’ level and creating charts & status graphs so that students could visualize progress
● Facilitated yearly English language events for students, such as a Halloween party & haunted house attended by 100+ students, to help students strengthen English skills and increase learning outcomes
● Networked with parents by providing weekly recaps of student’s learning goals and outcomes as well as review materials for students to support student learning

Managed the office of a small commercial kitchen contractor. A typical project would be the remodel of a restaurant or a school kitchen. Expanded to add ventilation hood cleaning services.

● Used QuickBooks to perform bookkeeping functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll.
● Prepared proposals: communicated with vendors, requested bids from subcontractors, created estimates for projects.
● Created customer presentations.
● Acted as a customer point of contact: facilitated communication between project components, guided problem resolution, organized logistics and scheduling.
● Managed the launch of a new service division: coordinated training and certification of employees, outbound sales, and marketing.

● Served as the customer service contact for key accounts, such as restaurant and grocery store chains. (Anthony's Restaurants, Azteca Mexican Restaurants, Mazatlan Restaurants, QFC, etc.)
● Worked with vendors to provide demonstrations and training on new products.
● Coordinated with the Purchasing and Warehouse Departments to manage requirements for inventory on hand.
● Prepared estimates: gathered requirements, put projects out for bid to vendors and subcontractors, assembled and organized specifications, created proposals for customers. 
● Presented project proposals and closed sales.

Processed applications for new MS Exchange email accounts, managed 10K accounts, & worked with customer suppliers/users to maintain mission critical software. Provided technical support via phone & email, managed outage coordination for server, researched migration information, and created documentation for account processes.

Key Accomplishments:
● Created a database which was used to process thousands of employee email accounts with efficiency and precision, launching the fastest, most complete rollout of any division. 
● Became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MS Exchange for the Fabrication Division, and served as the Information Systems point of contact. Organized and presented small group training for software end-users.
