Aged 23 I was amongst the youngest personnel across our chain of Restaurants to climb the ladder that fast. During peak recession in London 2008/09 my team delivered GBP 1.2 million annual turnover compared to GBP 960,000 the previous year. We tried out new menu's periodically which were a hit, played around with our drinks menu pricing and length, trained our staff to sell better which they did & improved employee retention rate creating a family culture. Cut out great deals with raw material suppliers, delivered great numbers for our Lords & The Oval Cricket Stadium Indian food outlets. Worked out top deals with Theatre's around our London West End outlet to increase footfall.
