I’ll never forget the day I got the nod from my angel investor.

Series A funding.

For my FIRST business.

I should’ve been celebrating.

I kept seeing the same pattern, and it bothered me.

Highly experienced professionals.
Immigrants and mid-career leaders.
Smart. Capable. Well-read.

Yet working long, shift-based hours in low-paying roles. 
Living paycheck to paycheck. Little control over their time. 
No space to think, reflect, or plan, let alone be present for family.

Not because they lacked skill.
But because they didn’t know how to translate what they already knew into high-impact roles in tech.

Many believed the solution was another certification or more theory. 

But I saw the real gap: no practical pathway, no guided translation of experience, and no one showing them how Business Analysis actually works in the real world.

I have walked across the digital transformation landscape myself, working in Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, and more recently AI implementation and automation. 

I know first hand how organizations truly make decisions, deliver change, and create value, and how rarely job titles reflect the work people are already doing.

That realization changed my focus.

Since 2019, I have equipped professionals to do Business Analysis better, with confidence, clarity, and practical skill.

My work helps professionals:

- Identify the Business Analysis work they’ve already done, without the title

- Translate past experience into credible, job-ready BA capability

- Gain hands-on skills using real templates, real case studies, and real scenarios

- Move from survival work to high-impact, sustainable careers

To date, I’ve trained and supported 2,500+ aspiring and practicing Business Analysts through structured programs, webinars, mentoring, and community learning. 

Many now work across consulting firms, government, and public and private sector organizations.

My approach is deliberately practical and systems-driven:

- Experience translation, not starting from zero

- Blended learning—online, accessible globally, supported by experienced faculty

- Grounded in practical learning, not theory alone

I also bring community leadership to this work, having served as a Vice President for Professional Development with IIBA Nova Scotia. 

My credentials include CBAP®, PMP®, and Change Management, among others.
