Serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Master of Science in Engineering Management program. Currently teaches Automation Production and Systems as well as Operations Analysis and Resource Allocation. 
The Automation Production and Systems course focuses on the use of a quantitative approach to simulate, analyze and optimize all engineering aspects of automated production systems. Several modeling frameworks are discussed, such as automata, State-charts, cutting-edge technologies and Petri nets. Solving automation problems is of critical importance to decrease the cost of production systems and increase the throughput and flexibility. This course gives the student a basic knowledge of the important results of current research on discrete event systems and how these results can be applied to production systems.
The Operations Analysis and Resource Allocation course assesses production flows and space/equipment/resource utilization for purposes of reducing production bottlenecks while maintaining/increasing facility utilization. Various quantitative analysis and optimization methodologies are covered for solving linear and nonlinear optimization problems. Simulation and graphical approaches are utilized to assess solution performance.

Adjunct Professor (Engineering and Physics Dept)

Serves as the Manufacturing Support Division Chief in the Directorate of Production Management. Leads a team consisting of two Branches and 45 employees. The Division is responsible for pre-production planning, marketing, financial reporting, monitoring and controlling cost, schedule, and performance of manufacturing and reset/overhaul of various C4ISR commodities. The Division works externally with Program Executive Offices within Army Material Command as well as Joint Program offices throughout the Department of Defense. The Division works internally with the Master Scheduling Division and the Directorate of Engineering’s Manufacturing, Design, and Development Division in order to ensure capacity, capability, and technical packages are accurate in order to execute our mission. 

Provides advice and guidance on policies, work methods and administrative matters. Ensures the Depot's strategic plans, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the Division and are integrated into the Division's objectives, work plans, and work products. As a Depot technical expert across all areas of the assigned C4ISR commodities, provides staff, advisory, consulting, and review services in the area of program management to the Director, Directorate staff and the Command Group. Establishes and maintains extensive contacts with Weapon System Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), PEO/PM Weapon System Managers, and Joint Item Managers. Enforces application of sound financial management principles. 
Key Achievements:
• Improved Planned Orders released on time by 10% over an eight week period. 
• Implemented three Directorate wide Key Performance Objectives to improve how we measure our core competencies
• Currently a Co-Lead on an Enterprise Value Stream project in order to implement Project Management best practices across the Production and Engineering Directorates

Manufacturing Support Division Chief, Directorate of Production Management

Department of the Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot

Production Manager for various C4ISR Systems with Department of Defense. Serves as Chief, Integration Support Division, Directorate of Systems Integration and Support. Supervises a division comprised of five subordinate branches with over 90+ employees. Works with Directorate of Production Management and Engineering to plan, schedule, and coordinate, complex, interrelated work operations for short, mid, and long range timelines; provides continuing direction and advice to subordinates, peers, superiors and team outside of the directorate and resolves controversial problems. Leads, mentors, and coaches five subordinate supervisors. Responsible for development and evaluation of the subordinate supervisors, provides timely counseling sessions utilizes initial, mid-point, and end of year evaluation reporting systems. Ensures training standards, promotions, awards, and disciplinary actions are submitted and executed in a timely manner.  Allocates division resources to accommodate workload fluctuations caused by en ever changing operational environment to include reduced funding, staffing, and revised customer requirements. Responsible for devising innovative and meaningful ways to evaluate overall program goals and objectives and for adjusting those goals based on new priorities. Anticipates and responds to major problems; assures that subordinate supervisors effectively carry out policies to achieve mission objectives in areas such as labor-management relations and equal employment opportunity. Motivates the team to perform at their best to ensure we fulfill our duty to the Department of Defense and the nation.
Key Achievements:
• Worked with Production Management team to reprogram the monthly workload review meeting resulting in better ability to plan capacity, schedule workload, and make informed staffing decisions
• Taught, coached, and mentored 4 new branch chiefs within first year in position

Space Operations Officer for a reserve space control detachment with worldwide contingency missions at the Top Secret/Special Compartmentalized (TS/SCI) level. Responsible to conduct ground mobile surveillance and assessment of space systems in support of Combatant Commanders and Army Forces. Responsible for the combat readiness, training, security, professional development, administration, health, morale, welfare, and discipline of 15 enlisted Soldiers. Responsible for the planning, execution and integration of space control and information operations training in support of military operations worldwide; responsible for the integration of the Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers into the Multi-Composition higher element and the development of a comprehensive training program to accomplish this mission.

Educated in specific areas such as: Ground, Space, and Control Segments of Satellite Communication Architecture, SATCOM Capabilities, Limitations, and Vulnerabilities in the Narrowband, Wideband, and Protected segment to include Military and Commercial Satellites, Space Control, Space Force Enhancement, Space Situational Awareness, and Space Acquisition.

Key Achievements:
•Selected over many qualified officers as the crew OIC for a deploying team
•During the company's recent Annual Training, successfully certified the eight Soldier crew in tables I-IV in a fraction of the time normally allotted to units
