Managed all aspects of the client relationship and worked to ensure client satisfaction. Provided direct support to client's key contacts via interaction. Analyzed client-specific utilization, trends and service-level metrics and met with client to provide quarterly reviews. Provided dedicated account support to four to six national accounts with 3,000 or more employees. Built and maintained external relationships with various constituents. Maintained activity levels and managed multiple prospects at various stages of the consultative sales process. Communicated with customer benefits staff to effectively engage the client and demonstrate Aetna’s value proposition. Collaborated with account team members to identify, implement, and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies.

Guided day-to-day operations of Purchasing, Plant Property, Biomedical Repair, and all other operations listed in the Assistant Division Head role. Served as acting Resource Manager during incumbent’s absence. Provided leadership and management to twelve military and six civilian personnel in the division. Managed yearly budget of $284K. Performed technical review on all new item requests before finalizing for purchase. In addition to regular job duties, acted as Public Affairs Officer for the clinic.

Guided day-to-day operations of clinic warehouse, including receiving, linen management, equipment management, and medical/surgical supplies. Supervised a crew of four personnel in the department.

Assistant Division Head, Materials Management

Coordinated training for over 300 staff members. Coordinated and directed medical library services and the provision of medical photography. Managed yearly budget of $60,500. Tracked and monitored monthly requirements to ensure compliance within governing guidelines.
