I'm a CPA with over 18 years of experience in tax preparation and accounting for corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and high net worth individuals.

I realized that CPAs and tax professionals did not have a trusted resource for their job search needs.  That’s why I founded COPE Staffing – to help CPAs and tax professionals find the right position at the right company.

Executive Search Manager

HCVT

• Responsible for sourcing and hiring accounting professionals across all HCVT offices, both domestic and international
• Focused on fulfilling seasoned tax and audit professional positions
• Additional hiring experience includes recruiting for business management, mergers/acquisitions, and
valuation practices
• Conduct initial screens and qualify candidates before strategically presenting to the hiring partners
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, employee referral programs, partnering with external recruiting agencies, and managing HCVT’s online applications
• In charge of onboarding all experienced hires, including initiating and reviewing background checks
• Assist the compensation committee with negotiating offer terms as well as composing offer letters

Experienced Hire Recruiter

- Review Federal and California tax returns for ultra high net worth individuals and pass through entities
-Manage multiple projects at any given time while also supervising numerous staff and reporting to several managers/partners
- Serve primarily family office, real estate, personal service corporations, entertainment and private equity industries
-Lead the new hire tax technical training for all HCVT offices and develop new ways to improve our overall training processes
-Partake in our firm's recruiting initiatives and serve as a member of HCVT's community service team.

Senior Tax Staff 

-Prepare federal and multi-state returns for ultra high net worth individuals, S-corporations, Limited Liability Companies/Partnerships, and C-corporations
-Calculate quarterly and year end projections
-Have experience in the following industries: real estate, professional service corporations, entertainment, and online education
-Assisted in an IRS audit
