EGM Green

EGM Green is the 1st company to consult, design, manufacture, and install 100% Green casino tables, gaming seating, and luxury lounge furniture.  All of our product is Made in the USA in a 100% Green factory.  I am responsible for the day to day operations, new customer aquisition, and strategic partnership development.

Leadership, Product Development, New product roll outs, key customer relationship development and management, and contract negotiation.  Developed 1st Eco-Friendly poker tables, and secured placement deals with The World Series of Poker, and Esquire Magazine, as well as many celebrity charity events.  Developed a sustainability consulting team including many leaders in their field to address sustainability from a top down approach.

Responsible for the development of the framework for the 1st ANSI developed standard addressing energy efficiency in the casino industry.  Chairman of the interdisciplinary team whose goal it is to develop an ANSI standard for sustainable slot machine development, to make these gaming machines 50% more energy efficient within 5 years.

Direct Sales and business development functions, including new product roll out, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and product fulfillment. Responsible for building a new medical equipment sales territory within the company.  Territory was a top 10% territory in company within 2 years.  Developed and maintained relationships with key account customers while building brand loyalty.  Conduct cross-functional training within the account post-sale.

I am Dr Richard Munang, an Environmental Thought Leader and Strategic Systems and Innovation Leader with over 16 years of international experience transforming sustainability challenges into opportunities for inclusive growth.

Working across more than 50 countries, I have led strategies that transform climate and environmental risks into enterprise opportunities. From nature-based early-warning systems to clean-energy access and food-system resilience, mobilised over 60 million USD to scale people-centred sustainability solutions.

Within the United Nations, I have held strategic leadership roles shaping policy, coordinating multi-entity action, and reforming environmental governance. My leadership approach combines systems thinking, innovation design, and evidence-based policy to deliver measurable, scalable impact.

As a strategic communicator, I translate complexity into clarity through writing and speaking. I have delivered over 30 keynote addresses and authored more than 500 publications, helping to shape UN-wide narratives while empowering communities to take action.

I pioneered Innovative Volunteerism, a people-powered framework that enables youth and communities to create wealth-generating, climate-resilient enterprises. Adopted in more than 40 countries, it turns challenges into opportunities that strengthen livelihoods and resilience.

I am the author of two books:
• Mindset Change — empowering people to embrace innovation for sustainable transformation.
• Making Africa Work Through the Power of Innovative Volunteerism — a blueprint for inclusive, climate-resilient prosperity.
