I’ve been a CEO, COO, President, and Global VP, leading teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. I’ve carried the responsibility of $1B contracts and P&Ls up to $115M, and led major transformation programs impacting more than 6,000 people. Most recently, I ran an AI data company with 1,000+ people across Madagascar and Mauritius.

Head of Product Line Unified Data Management

Global IT responsible with end-to-end responsibility (architecture, product management, delivery) for a portfolio of 100+ global applications covering Analytics, ERP, IT Process, Human Resources, Resource Management and other common functions supporting sales, finance, sourcing and manufacturing.

Managed an annual investment & development budget of 250 MSEK. Led a team of 100+ employees based in Sweden, India and US, in a primarily outsourced environment with several hundred IT consultants.

Achievements:
· Developed several IT applications such as the new strategic Resource Management tool successfully launched to 20 000 service professionals worldwide.
· Achieved major TCO reduction by re-negotiating large software license contracts.
· Influenced SAAS provider's roadmaps. Member of BMC Software Executive Advisory Board.

Head of Solution Area Support Processes & IT Platforms 

Responsible for Operational Excellence within global IT Service Delivery, a unit with 1500 employees.  I led a multi-functional group based in 3 locations in Europe, America and Asia with responsibility for:
· Operational Developement.
· IT Process (ITIL) Management and Improvements.
· Software asset management with a budget of 1.5 BSEK.
· Resource Administration, handling over 800 consultants annually.

Achievements:
· Led Operational Stability towards outstanding results with downtime decreased by 75% in 2 years.
· Turned around Software Asset Management, lifting maturity 2 levels resulting in end of external audits.
· Successfully steered the in-sourcing of a delivery service from hp Services for the management of Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management.
