I’ve been a CEO, COO, President, and Global VP, leading teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. I’ve carried the responsibility of $1B contracts and P&Ls up to $115M, and led major transformation programs impacting more than 6,000 people. Most recently, I ran an AI data company with 1,000+ people across Madagascar and Mauritius.

🚨 In 1930, Keynes predicted we'd all work 15-hour weeks by 2030.

Spoiler alert: I cracked the code early.

After 10 years of 80-hour weeks, missed life moments, and "sorry, I'm busy." 

I discovered something wild: Time management is the problem, not the solution.

The numbers are brutal:

- We waste 2.5 hours every single day (that's 38 DAYS a year)
- Our brains are hijacked every 11 minutes
- 89% of our "busy work" doesn't move the needle

- Hit my 3-year business goals in 6 months (then doubled it 6 weeks later)
- Built a business running on 15 hours / week (before I had a team)
- Regularly take months off to travel to places like Thailand and Spain
- Actually present for family dinners (phone away, fully present)
