I’ve helped startups scale from $1M to $3M ARR, built outbound processes from scratch, and consistently exceed quotas (we're talking 150–200%+ on the regular). Whether I’m booking over 400 meetings in a year or crafting email and LinkedIn sequences that fuel 100%+ growth, I thrive where hustle meets heart.

Currently, I’m part of the founding team at Pin, building a cutting-edge platform that transforms how recruiting agencies find and reach top talent. Before this, I’ve worn many hats across roles in growth, outbound consulting, and marketing — always with one goal: helping businesses grow smarter and faster.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to scale this company the right way.

Not just growing revenue, but building something that can really break out instead of becoming another SaaS product with a long feature list.

One thing keeps coming up for me. The companies that become unicorns usually do one or two things extremely well. Everyone just knows what they’re good at. There’s no confusion.

The hard part is resisting bloat.

Every customer request sounds reasonable in isolation. Add a setting. Add a workflow. Do something custom “just this once.” Over time, the product technically does a lot, but nothing feels sharp anymore. You end up maintaining branches instead of moving forward.

For us, the focus is clear: search and discovery.

Helping people find the right thing with the least amount of context loss. I honestly don’t think many companies are truly working on this problem. Most are still copying what existed before AI and adding layers on top, which is how products end up doing more while being harder to explain.

If someone asked your team what your product does in one sentence, would they all say the same thing?

When you’re building a company, “busy” starts to feel normal. Meetings, calls, follow-ups, product reviews, the day fills itself.

I used to treat busy like a good sign. It meant things were happening. But most of the time, it just meant we were reacting.

Being busy feels productive, but it’s often a symptom that something’s off. Maybe the pitch isn’t clear. Maybe the team’s focus has drifted. Or maybe the priorities keep changing faster than we can execute.

The goal isn’t to get more done...it’s to make sure the right things get done.

Busy isn’t bad. But if it becomes the default, it’s usually time to stop and realign before things drift too far.
