With over 20 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and investor in the cybersecurity and technology sectors, I have founded and led multiple successful startups, such as Sentek Global, a leading provider of government and commercial cybersecurity solutions, and the San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence, a nonprofit organization that fosters the growth and development of the cybersecurity ecosystem in the region.

As the Executive Chapter Director of NUCA of Las Vegas, I play a vital role in managing and overseeing various activities and responsibilities related to the chapter's operations. My key responsibilities include orchestrating board meetings, quarterly chapter meetings, and NUCA committee meetings. I ensure that these meetings are well-planned and attended, and I prepare the board by providing agendas and meeting minutes for all committees.

In addition to meeting orchestration, I guide committees in scheduling meetings between committees and public utility companies, and I distribute relevant information from these meetings to the membership. I also actively follow up on recruitment efforts to attract new members to the association.

I am responsible for managing the NUCA website and all social media outlets, ensuring that they are regularly updated and engaging for the members. I work closely with the NUCA Treasurer on accounting and invoice payment matters, as well as the preparation of the Treasurer's Report. This includes handling the invoicing process and collecting payments from members for dues and event invoices, as well as managing accounts receivable and deposits.

Keeping the membership well-informed about NUCA business is another important aspect of my role. I maintain a weekly newsletter to communicate important updates, news, and information to the members. Furthermore, I actively assist in planning and attending all NUCA events to ensure their success.

As a liaison with NUCA National, I represent the Las Vegas chapter and coordinate with the national organization on various matters. This includes maintaining the chapter's state records, licensing, and insurance, in collaboration with the Treasurer.

I play a central role in overseeing meetings, managing communications, coordinating events, and maintaining the chapter's financial and administrative records. My efforts contribute to the smooth functioning and growth of the association in my region.

As Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Founder & Owner of D&T Imports, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the organization.
