"You Are Enough" is a book about loss, grief, and hope. In this book, I share how the grieving of an estranged relationship with my oldest child took me to my own childhood to find true healing. Ultimately, it is a book about self-leadership. This book details our journey and suffering through grief and explains how we have held onto hope. I share our emotional journey as a parent and discuss the genuine suffering we have gone through (including the suffering of our children). I share our story in hopes of building a bridge for you to come to terms with the simple fact that despite not having control of every situation, You Are Enough.”
