• Created the strategic partnerships division from scratch, fueling 40% DAU growth through high-impact collaborations with Netflix stars like Ryan Serhant and Ramit Sethi, alongside top creators and industry partners.

• Led business operations to help take the company from a startup mindset to structure and processes enabling a new level of profitable growth. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, product) to drive key decisions. Transitioned to provide new ideas and leadership for business development.

• Guided transformational change by examining all business areas, listening to frustrations, identifying waste, and collaborating on solutions that improved efficiency, customer service, invoicing, and hiring. Brought stability, structure, and cohesion to a company with remote teams nation-wide.

• Launched the customer success function that led to <2% customer churn rates. Turned customer feedback and analysis into new product features and enhancements that solidified brand loyalty. Spearheaded a chat support program and weekly webinars that grew user acquisition with a 45% trial-to-subscriber rate.

• Strengthened brand awareness by hiring a marketing director and social media manager to deliver a steady drumbeat of content on popular platforms. Hired an ad agency to grow engagement with Facebook ads.

Aqua Star, Inc

• Managed product development for corporate accounts representing 50% of client base and generating $4M+ in annual gross sales. Served as liaison between US office and China headquarters and managed $2M annual budget. Also served as lead project manager for $400K Home Shows & Trade Fairs division. Reported to CEO and President.

• Demonstrated strong responsiveness to customer and market needs by turning client concepts into proprietary products that set industry standards for quality and performance.

• Built a trade fair division renowned for speed, marketability, and profitability; reduced costs by 15% by focusing efforts on highest-potential shows and activities; oversaw a 20-member sales team with training, sales goals, and accountability.

• Strengthened the relationship with the company’s largest client by leading a keynote presentation in Malmo, Sweden that led to a renewed commitment to future growth.

• Increased e-commerce sales; grew Amazon sales by 60% through a highly productive advertising campaign. Used Magento platform to grow e-commerce sales on the company’s website; showcased new products and frustration-free packaging.

Dish Network

• Manage Dish Network Satellite inventory budget of over $10K by tracking existing 
equipment and predicting future usage to determine an optimal level of inventory needed 

• Manage and coordinate a team of fifteen certified technicians

• Responsibilities include: inventory equipment checkout, work order changes, completion reports, and payroll distribution

• Research and analyze trouble call percentages for each technician and scheduled daily jobs according to their performance

• Create and implement daily report card that ultimately decreased trouble calls percentages from 9% to 3.25%
