Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of key business initiatives, with a focus on growth, scaling, product management/launch, business development, P&L optimization, and team building/leadership. I have held extensive and complex product management roles, including oversight of product lines generating $100 million-plus annually. I have developed and executed revenue-generating strategies that drove exponential business growth (e.g., 400% in 4 years). Equally important, I have continually hired, developed, and promoted top talent to build companies’ bench strength.
