•	Launched new department specializing in servicing and needs based sales
•	Onboard new clients with welcome call to provide great first impression and smooth transition
•	Assess mortgage terms and pricing after overcoming 2-4 objections to find refinance opportunities that help customers save money and accomplish financial goals.

•	Oversaw 50+ assistants and 4 managers in purchase mortgage assistant dept.

•	Developed daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track KPIs and compensation.
•	Coordinated prospecting effort to 30,000+ clients that identified 3,000+ clients as future purchase customers and prequalified 500+ clients.

•	Managed a team of 6-12 assistants that each supported 2 purchase loan officers. 
•	 Top 25% in all KPIs: inbound volume, outbound volume, talk time, transfer %, lead to prequalification %, prequalifications per day, preapproval %, and realtor referral %. Our team did whatever was need for the success of the purchase department. 
•	Performed weekly call reviews and coaching sessions

Business Development Manager

•	Prequalified 2-3 clients per day across 15 states to help them purchase a home.
•	Established rapport and strong relationship with customers to understand homebuying goals.
•	Outbound calls to prospect new clients (cold and warm leads)
•	Nurtured client relationship through outbound and email outreach every 10-14 days.
•	Collaborated with assistant, realtors, processors, leadership, and clients

Purchase Loan Officer

•	Supported 2+ loan officers directly with numerous tasks and 50+ loan officers indirectly.
•	60-80+ daily outbound calls to prospect new clients, nurture client relationships, gather income and asset documents, and refer clients to realtor partner.
•	Top 25% in outbound effort, talk time, prequalifications/day, and verified approval %.

Purchase Mortgage Assistant / Business Development Representative
