I grew up in a family that experienced extreme highs and lows: my parents migrated from India to the U.S. in 1980, built a multi-million dollar business, lost it all in a bankruptcy, and eventually sought new opportunities in post-communist Bulgaria. This journey through uncertainty sparked my own personal transformation, ultimately leading me to live as a monk for 15 years in New York City.

In 2014, I left the monastic life to share the powerful lessons I learned about mindfulness, resilience, and leadership. Since then, I have been speaking at organizations and conferences around the world, helping leaders and teams navigate change, build positive work cultures, and thrive during stressful times.
