•	Trained 2 clinical assistants in assessment administration, providing feedback until 98% compliance to standardization was achieved.

-Task Prioritization and Risk Management---My cross-functional teams have never missed a deadline, preventing legal situations and failed audits for over 13 years. With a professional background in psych, I bring a people-centric approach to data-driven practices.
