•	Wrote employee manual covering Canadian policies to aligned with Alberta Employment standards legislation for an American based organization with Canadian operations

As a key business partner, responsible for supporting four department Managers within the hotel in performance management, employee development and coaching, health and safety, recruitment and selection and employment legislation for over 120 employees.

• Coordinated and facilitated New Hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for all colleagues emphasizing a strong customer-focused culture
• Contributed to an increase in net promoter score of 10% through departmental Guest focused training programs for over 70 new and existing employees
• Executed over 97% compliance completion rates in 2017 & 2018 of annual compliance
• Collaborated in the development of Instructor-led Supervisor training with supplemental material focused on recruitment & selection, goal setting, performance management and employment legalisation
• Sourced and hired over 80 new colleagues in 2018 including a Sales Director and Finance Director
• Conducted workplace investigations, accommodations and WCB incident reports
• Provided a cost savings of approximately $5,000 per month in contract employees through a partnership with the Youth Employment Centre and hiring 50 casual banquet servers at one time

• Successfully Managed project timelines with turnarounds as quickly as 1 week by working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and managing multiple project deadlines simultaneously to ensure projects were delivered on time and met standards set out by stakeholder groups

• Assisted in the development of an integrated people plan, which was used in the areas of people policy, employee development, career-pathing and succession planning for over 300 employees
