▪ Delivering marketing activities and communications campaigns to engage key stakeholders (including
donors, employers, students and government organizations) and monitoring their success.
▪ Conducting research and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and
make recommendations for improvement.
▪ Writing, editing and managing content for a range of communication channels, including newsletters,
press releases, website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials. This will include but not
limited to developing and /or revisions of pitch documents (in MS Word, PPT, etc.,) to support
fundraising efforts.
▪ Planning and executing events and campaigns to raise awareness of the organization's work – internally
and externally.
▪ Review, update and create awareness on GPK’s brand guidelines.

▪ Responsible for building a stories and content repository (both written and visual) from the different

Alumni Engagement 

1. Communicating with an alumni community of more than 25,000 graduates across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, text)
2.Scheduling and organising alumni events (e.g., networking, reunions, short courses) for alumni members. 
3.Forming and maintaining an active alumni steering committee where each member has assigned actions and timelines
4.Puts in place a scalable system for discovering and sharing opportunities available to alumni.

1.Assisting the Business Development team in preparing learners for interviews through mentorship and mock interviews.
2.Introducing learners to the alumni engagement sessions and ensuring  effective communication and transition.
3.Proactively engaging with the Learner engagement team to ensure alignment of our alumni and mentorship strategy. 
4.Supporting and implementing psychosocial support. 

Mentorship program management

1.Leading Generation’s mentorship program by identifying alumni mentors and matching them to students in current classes.
2.Helping in the implementation of the mentorship programme by supporting the regional leads and trainers in identification of mentors, matching of mentors and mentees, ensuring mentor-mentee meetings and organising mentor meet-ups.
3.Supervising the participation of mentors and mentees in the mentoring program
4.Developing and implementing training opportunities for participants in the mentorship program
5.Recruiting, screening, orienting and providing training for all  incoming volunteer mentors.
