Calco is a Dutch IT company which specialises in the training and secondment of IT professionals. The Calco MasterClass is a 2 year trainee programme during which ‘high potentials’ amongst recent graduates are prepared for a position in the IT sector. This traineeship is unique, for it is competency-based; it is open to candidates who are ambitious, possess analytical and communicative skills and who do not necessarily have an IT background, but have completed a university or applied university degree.
During this 2 year programme I am offered in-depth specialist training for the first two months, subsequently leading to a challenging position with one of Calco’s client companies for the remaining 22 months. The first month of training consists of acquiring general IT knowledge. During the second month I will follow a specialisation course, which could be (but is not limited to) any of the following: information analyst, programmer, tester or junior project manager. During these 22 months at a client company I will receive continuous coaching from my designated Calco field manager.

In dit systeem hielp ik grootzakelijke klanten bij het maken en versturen van sms'jes, mails, facturen of brieven naar hun klanten. Hierbij wordt veel gebruik gemaakt van Canon Inspire Designer en GMC Inspire Interactive.

My Naventure traineeship year at Navigators consists of getting personal training in leadership, character-building, communication, self-awareness and faith. These trainings are combined with local staff work in Rotterdam like coaching and mentoring student leaders, writing and presenting study material among students and organizing Christian events. As a compliance analyst I currently oversee, monitor and report the results of the compliance and ethics efford and provide advise on matters relating to compliance to management.

It is my job to ensure the quality of our cold acquisition outbound phone calls.  Therefore all new employees are subjected to elaborate training concerning compliance before making phonecalls on behalf of NLEnergie. All call agents remain supervised after training, to maintain the highest possible compliance rates, by a team of honorable quality agents, whom I manage. We secure the quality by analyzing conversations between the call agents and the prospects furthermore we coach call agents as a result of this analysis. 
We provide our agents with ongoing development training and coaching (on the job) and all are notified of major and minor notable compliance changes, as needed in the dynamic world of telemarketing. 
Besides general compliance for outbound callagents, we also strictly monitor inbound agents on their communication skills and techniques. I provide these callagents with comprehensive training about etiquette, resistance and conversation structure.

My department was responsible for monitoring the quality of  our sales. We monitored approach and communication towards our prospected costumers. My team listened and inspected each voice logging and made sure they matched our quality and compliance demands.

Overview:
