This past weekend, my team and I represented International Business University at the 2025 DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University  MBA Case Competition, and it was one of the most stretching and rewarding experiences of my year.⁣
⁣
What made this competition unique?⁣
⁣
We built everything from scratch.⁣
⁣
No template.⁣
No pre-existing frameworks.⁣
Just three real organizational cases and an incredibly tight timeline.⁣
⁣
And in that pressure, something powerful happened.⁣
⁣
We designed end-to-end strategy solutions, from problem framing all the way to operational feasibility, and I led the development of the financial projections behind each recommendation:⁣
⁣
✔️ Cost modeling⁣
✔️ Cash-flow forecasting⁣
✔️ Risk-adjusted scenarios⁣
✔️ Sustainability and scalability testing⁣
⁣
Not “school projects”, but real decision-support models that answered the question:⁣
