Finabel has been listed as a Public Partner of the EU Space ISAC, which held its General Assembly on 20 September.
The main objective of the EU SPACE ISAC is to enhance the security and resilience of the space sector by raising awareness and developing the expertise of its Members. The initiative will engage the industry, public sector institutions and academia and act as a network-based information-sharing platform, connecting its Participants in a trusted environment.
The EU SPACE ISAC will serve as the primary communication channel for the space sector regarding security-related information and the sharing of best practices. It will support the development of relevant knowledge, services, and resources to enable Members to prevent, tackle, and mitigate security challenges more effectively and efficiently.

With over 30 years of experience in the defence domain, I am the Director of Finabel HQ, the European Land Force Commanders Organisation, where I lead the management and daily business of the organisation. I am also the organisation's international representative. My strategic planning, leadership, and negotiation skills have been honed through my previous roles at Belgian Defence and NATO.

My passion for military interoperability guides my mission to enhance collaboration and mutual understanding among European land forces. I am actively involved in several NATO and EU working groups, where I contribute to international cooperation and effective dialogue on defence policies and issues. I also represent Finabel on a broader stage as a Senior Subject Matter Expert on Cyber Defence. I am dedicated to driving innovation, promoting efficient communication, and ensuring a unified and robust defence system for Europe. I welcome the opportunity to connect with anyone who shares my interests and goals.

Organising debates and events on European and international affairs in the Monferrato territory, aiming at fostering awareness among young students and the broader public. 

The Committee has organised several general and in-depth in-school and public events with 500+ outreach, on:
- EU institutions and their functioning;
- EU fundamental principles and rights;
- Humanitarian and geopolitical situation in Syria;
- Latest developments in EU security and defence;
- Climate change and energy security.

- Attended diplomatic meetings of the Non-Proliferation Portfolio and contributed to the relevant activities (CTBTO, Iranian nuclear programme and the JCPOA, nuclear safeguards in Syria and North Korea, export control regimes).
- Analysed data on the Iranian nuclear enrichment production and reported to the HQ.
- Assisted and liaised with EU Coordination Meetings with the 27 EU Member States.
- Drafted political reports and EU Statements.
- Conducted outreach activities with non-EU Member States.

Non-Proliferation Trainee, EU Delegation to the International Organisations in Vienna

Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)

- Supported the implementation of Phase III of the Project on Ensuring Effective Inter-Agency Interoperability and Coordinated Communication in Case of Chemical and / or Biological Attacks.
- Supported the work of the Open-ended Working Group on Terrorism and the strategic and conceptual work of OSP in counter-terrorism, including conducting research and other activities.
- Contributed to the diplomatic outreach and coordination during the Fifth Review Conference of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
- Assisted in developing an education and outreach curriculum on the Chemical Weapons Convention and the OPCW.
- Drafted relevant policy-oriented analyses and reports, conducted multistakeholder management and organised inter-agency meetings.

- Assisted the Director in his political-military duties and the enlargement process of the organisation.
- Supervised and coordinated the publication of more than 50 defence-related papers of the research
team.
- Organised high-level political-military conferences with more than 25 officers from the Member States
(European Military Representative Meeting, Principal Military Experts Meeting).
- Arranged and prepared seven meetings with Military Representatives in the framework of the
enlargement process of the organisation.
- Participated in the 2022 EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Conference organised by the EU Non-
Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium.

- Participated in the T20 Summit held in Milan (4-6 Oct).
- Designed an awareness campaign on the climate change-pandemic nexus.
- Participated in the G20 Simulation Game (5-7 Oct). 

This initiative, organised by ISPI within the framework of the Italian Presidency of the G20, is aimed to share ideas with some of the greatest personalities at the international level about the global issues of the world: climate change, inequalities and technological revolution.

Second-year MA student in International Security at Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs with the Enhanced Master option in Peace and War Studies and a concentration in Middle Eastern Studies. 

Professional experience in diplomacy and non-proliferation at the Non-Proliferation Section of the EU Delegation to Vienna and at the Office of Strategy and Policy of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. Extensive political affairs and diplomatic skills developed by drafting policies and strategies for the Fifth Review Conference of the Chemical Weapons Convention, analysing the Iranian nuclear enrichment production programme, engaging with 27 EU Member States on nuclear safeguards in Syria and North Korea, and organising inter-agency meetings on chemical and biological counter-terrorism. Previous experience in the defence sector in Brussels, with specific attention to the issue of military interoperability among European armed forces. Graduated with 110 cum Laude in International Studies from the University of Trento with a focus on international organizations and a final dissertation on the implications of the energy transition on oil- and gas-producing countries in the MENA region. 

Particularly passionate about security and defence, conflict resolution, political-military strategy, arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation (ADN), with a distinct interest in the Middle East and Africa. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills and multi-stakeholder management developed throughout my career.
