⚠️EL BULLYING NO TE DEFINE COMO PERSONA 👊🏻

De pequeña sufrí bullying.

Recuerdo que empezó todo en el último año de clase del cole con algunos comentarios sobre mi aspecto físico y se trasladaron al instituto en tercero y cuarto de la ESO.

Su argumento era simple, como no vestía muy a la moda porque me preocupaba más por estudiar, llevaba gafas, hierros y no me peinaba de forma cool, pues recurrían a meterse conmigo con frases como:

❌Aprende a vestirte
❌A ver si te peinas mejor
❌Deja de mirarte en el espejo porque eres fea
❌No deberías venir a clase vestida así
❌Eres una fea

(además, en clase me tiraban bolitas de papel y me molestaban continuamente)

Y podría seguir... pero creo que no es necesario. Os podéis imaginar lo sola que me sentía y lo que me afectaba tener que ir con miedo a estudiar y estar en tensión continua a la hora de salir al recreo o cuando no había profesores cerca, por no saber cuánto se iban a meter conmigo ese día.

Yo era una persona introvertida que tenía muchos complejos y tan solo quería estudiar y sacar buenas notas, nunca me metía con nadie y lloraba mucho porque veía injusto lo que me pasaba.

Lo comenté con mis padres, con profesores... Mis padres hablaron con los padres de esas niñas, pero no había manera de que pararan, y los profesores tampoco hicieron mucho la verdad...

Así que bueno, lo único que me mantuvo fuerte fue recordar que tenía sueños y un propósito, y me repetía a mí misma que iba a pasar y que tenía que ser fuerte.

Al final, todo pudo haber terminado muy mal, pero por suerte tuvo un mejor final, y es que me enteré de que querían venir a pegarme al salir de clase una tarde de Octubre, junto con otras chicas de otro instituto, y yo estaba tan mal que no quería salir del recinto, lloraba sentada en una esquina hasta que mi vecina se acercó y me preguntó que me pasaba, le conté todo y me dijo que no me preocupara, que no iba a dejar que me hicieran daño, así que reunió a un grupo de amigas y me dijo que saliéramos juntas fuera.

Cuando salimos, allí estaba el grupo de chicas que venía a por mí, así que ella les dijo que no se les ocurriera tocarme y meterse más conmigo porque iban a tener un problema. Así que se fueron. Y yo le estaré eternamente agradecida por ello, ya que los profesores no me tomaron en serio.

Hoy en día soy una persona totalmente diferente a aquella niña asustada y tímida. Todo lo que me ha pasado ha forjado mi personalidad y soy mucho más fuerte. Y además tuve suerte de que me defendiera alguien. Pero otras personas no tienen esa suerte y se hunden en esa soledad y acoso horrible que te hace sentir tan mal que no quieres continuar con nada. 

✅Y eso no puede seguir pasando, por eso, os comparto mi historia y este video, para que todos seamos más conscientes de que estas cosas pasan más a menudo de lo que pensamos.
