📢 For 9 years, I've been dedicated to building brands on social media.

I started posting on Instagram at 15, and in just a few weeks, I reached the 10,000 followers mark.

Thrilled by the platform's potential, I began monetizing my reach by selling e-books.

I quickly realized my true fascination was at the intersection of people and technology.
Creativity + AI = the superpower of the future!

This realization led me to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Informatics and a Master's in Machine Learning.

I co-founded notus, where we helped our clients achieve their growth targets through organic content.

In November 2023, I stepped away from notus, as my tech-driven heart craves for a new adventure: building a SaaS product, Scripe.

Scripe is the all-in-one personal branding workspace for companies.

Scripe takes over the entire workflow of how companies empower employees to strategically and seamlessly build their personal brands. Compared to in-house implementations or agencies, the software saves 80% of the costs and triples the effectiveness of process.

With this new chapter, I look forward to learn connect and learn from seasoned SaaS experts.

Last week, our entire Scripe team was flying to Koh Samui, Thailand for 5 days.

The goal: Plan our path to $5M ARR.

We are remote-first.
We work from different cities, countries, time zones.

Twice a year, we meet in person.

And every time, it hits me.

One and a half year ago, we sat in our room in Berlin.
No product, no team, no salary.
When we talked back them to Nicolle Sophie we told her we probably can not pay her after two months.

She still went all in <3

Now I was sitting in my favorite place in the world, with a team that builds Scripe with me.
And I feel something I did not know in the early days:

Peace.
Trust.
Gratitude. ❤️

Remote work gives us speed and focus.
But in-person time gives us something else:

→ Real trust
→ Deep connection
→ Alignment on what truly matters

This is our first offsite since we hit we crossed 1,000 customers.

Our agenda:

→ What is working that we want to double down on
→ What is not working that we finally stop doing
→ How we grow Scripe into the next chapter

We also spent time on something new we are building together.
I cannot wait to share more soon. 🚀

The full-circle moment for me.

Because we did not just build a product.

We built an environment where people take ownership.
Where bold ideas are safe to try.
Where growth is shared.

Offsites are not a luxury for me.
They are fuel and a reminder:

The targets matter.
But the calm, the people, and what we build together on the way matter even more.

I spent years trying to become someone.

Because I grew up in a world where adults always asked:

“What do you want to be?”

Never:
“How do you want to feel?”

As girls, we learn very early:
Achievement first.
Being second.

Today I could list many things:

- Co-Founder and CEO Scripe  
- Raised mid six figures
- Master in Machine Learning
- bla bla bla

Nice on paper.
Empty on its own.

Because you are not your achievements.
I am not mine either.

What I am proud of today looks more like this:

→ I feel deeply when people in a room feel unseen
→ I try to make others feel safe to be themselves
→ I cry when I care, and I show up anyway 🫠

For a long time I thought I had to “become someone” to deserve space.
To be in certain rooms.
To sit at certain tables.

Only when I had enough proof: revenue, titles, followers.

But here is what I see more clearly now:

Your value does not start with your first job.
Your value does not grow with each award.
Your value does not fall when you fail a launch.

Your value is there when you:

✅ listen to a friend at 2am
✅ walk into a room as your honest self,
✅ support another woman with your help
✅ dare to say “no” when your body says “stop”

Yesterday on Women’s Day I wanted to celebrate:

- emotional intelligence
- softness as strength
- saying “I am scared” and acting anyway

women who are loud, tender, messy, powerful, all at once 🥳

If you read this and feel “I am behind” because your CV is not where you want it to be:

You are not behind.

You are already yourself.

And becoming fully that person
is more powerful than any achievement.

My tasks included creating campaign reports and writing audience-specific content for online, on-air, and social media. Additionally, I managed the planning of social media activities for bigKARRIERE.

📻 bigFM is the leading national multimedia media brand in Germany and the radio program for young music enthusiasts in many areas of Germany.

During my apprenticeship at EnBW, one of the largest energy companies in Germany and Europe, I had the opportunity at a young age to familiarize myself with various key areas of the corporation. Included: sales and marketing, customer service, as well as technical aspects of power & gas generation, accounting, and procurement. It was an exciting period, during which the developments in renewable energy in Germany became increasingly relevant. 🌱
